摘 要:为准确表征被测非织造布断裂强力的真值范围,采用GB/T 24218.3—2010中的条样法测量非织造布的断裂强力。剪取100块非织造布样品(纵向、横向各50块),重复测试10次。利用方差分析等数理统计方法,对非织造布断裂强力的不确定度进行量化分析,得出合成不确定度,再分析计算得出扩展不确定度。结果表明,断裂强力不确定度的来源主要包括样品的均匀性、计量器具的精确性、设备仪器的精准性以及数值的修约等。所测结果的扩展不确定度为纵向4.7 N,横向5.1 N。To accurately characterize the true value range of the tensile strength of nonwovens,the tensile strength was tested by the strip method in the Chinese standards GB/T 24218.3—2010.During the test,one hundred pieces of nonwoven fabric specimens(50 pieces for both longitudinal and transverse directions)were selected for repeating tests 10 times.The measurement uncertainty of the tensile strength of nonwovens was analyzed and quantified by mathematical statistics methods such as variance analysis.The combined uncertainty was obtained,and then the expended uncertainty was calculated.The results show that the uniformity of samples,the accuracy of measuring instruments,the precision of equipment and the numerical reduction are the main sources of uncertainty of tensile strength.The expanded uncertainty of samples is 4.6 N in longitudinal and 5.1 N in transverse.
