顺德高新区西部启动区城市综合开发项目交通优化

摘　　要：城市综合开发承载了大量城市生活、产业发展的公共服务功能,良好的内、外部交通条件有利于提升城市综合体服务水平。在顺德高新区西部启动区城市综合开发项目中,通过分析园区内、外部交通现状和原有路网规划,针对园区与佛江高速连接不畅、主干道对居住用地干扰大、主入口节点规划高程较高影响周边土地开发等交通问题,在项目策划阶段提出优化方案,使内、外部交通更便捷,实现基础设施建设与商业开发双赢,产生较高的经济效益和社会效益,可为同类城市综合开发项目提供参考。The development of urban comprehensive project has a lot of public service functions of urban life and industrial development.Good internal external transportation conditions can benefit service level of city complex.In project of urban complex development for the western start-up zone of Shunde hi-tech district,based on the analysis of the existing internal external transportation and existing road network plan,and aiming at the traffic problems such as the poor connection between the park and Fojiang expressway,the great interference of the main road to residential land,and the high elevation of the main entrance node planning affects traffic problems such as surrounding land development,we propose the optimized plan during project planning stage,which makes the internal external transportation more convenient,realizes a win-win situation between infrastructure construction and commercial development,and produces higher economic and social benefits,and it may serve as reference for similar urban comprehensive development projects.
