摘 要:针对大面积场地复杂地基处理方案中算量难、施工工序复杂等问题,基于实际工程项目,研究设计与施工全生命周期中地基处理的BIM应用方案;利用BIM技术协同、三维可视化等方面的优势,采用Civil 3D、Navisworks和Revit等软件,通过三维建模和施工模拟,实现地基处理过程的信息化与精细化,能够有效预防设计算量的错误,同时为优化设计方案、保障施工质量提供参考。通过分析BIM技术在应用中存在的不足,提出未来的研究发展方向。Based on the actual engineering project,the BIM application scheme of ground treatment in the whole life cycle of design and construction is studied for the problem of difficult calculation and complicated construction process in complex ground treatment schemes for large-area sites.Combining the advantages of BIM technology collaboration and 3D visualization,the softwares Civil 3D,Navisworks and Revit are used to realize the informationization and refinement of the ground treatment process through 3D modeling and construction simulation,which can effectively prevent design calculation errors.Meanwhile,it may serve as reference for optimizing the design plan and ensuring the construction quality.By analyzing the shortcomings of BIM technology in the application,the future research and development directions are proposed.
