摘　　要：目的探讨Masquelet技术治疗下肢感染性骨不连的临床疗效。方法研究包括2014年9月—2016年12月的11例经Masquelet技术治疗胫腓骨感染性骨不连的患者资料。所有患者均采用Masquelet技术分为2个阶段进行治疗。通过观察一期术后骨感染的治愈率、复发率、切口愈合情况及愈合时间,有无红肿、窦道及分泌物。二期随访根据影像学评价和功能评价2个方面。结果胫腓骨感染性骨不连患者共11例,所有患者均获得随访,随访平均时间为13.2(6~18)个月。11例感染性骨不连患者经Masquelet技术植骨后无炎症复发,且11例在术后6个月内均获得了影像学骨愈合。11例患者根据Johner-Wruch评价标准对下肢功能进行评估,总优良率为90.9%。结论Masquelet技术在治疗胫腓骨感染性骨不连的治疗中可以取得令人满意的疗效,具有操作简便、并发症少、治疗时间短、患者花费少等特点。Objective To explore the clinical effect of the treatment of septic bone nonunion of tibia fibula by the Masquelet technique.Methods This study included 11 cases operated from September 2014 to December 2016 with the Masquelet technique for the treatment of infected bone nonunion of tibia fibula.All the patients were treated by Masquelet technique of two stages.During the hospitalization,post-operative observation should be preferred for period of cure rate,recurrence rate of postoperative infection of bone,incision healing and healing time,presence of redness,fistula and discharge.The second stage was followed according to two aspects:imaging evaluation and functional evaluation.Results A total of 11 patients had infected bone nonunion,all patients were followed up,the mean follow-up for all the patients was 13.2(6-18 months).Among 11 cases with Masquelet technology,bone graft surgery resulted in no recurrence of inflammation,all patients healed within six months which was revised through radiography imaging.The excellent rate of lower limb by Johner-Wruch was 90.9%.Conclusion Masquelet technology has beneficial effect in the treatment of tibia fibula septic nonunion and can acquire satisfactory effects in bone results and functional outcomes,it has the characteristics of simple operation,less complications,shorter treatment time and less cost for patients.
