摘 要:目的借助光电容积脉搏描记(Photo Plethysmo Graphy,PPG)技术探究城市轨道交通电动列车司机心率变异性(Heart Rate Variablity,HRV),以获得列车司机疲劳趋势,实现疲劳的监测和预警。方法设计城市轨道交通模拟驾驶实验,基于PPG技术采集被试电动列车司机的脉搏信号,分析脉搏信号中心率变异性的频域指标LF/HF和非线性指标SD1、SD2。结果(1)新进司机在驾驶初期交感神经和迷走神经交替作用明显;(2)驾驶环境改变时,交感神经活性增强,被试司机LH/HF的比值呈现明显上升趋势;(3)随着驾驶时间的增加,LF/HF值呈现上升趋势,交感神经持续活跃极易产生驾驶疲劳;(4)SD1、SD2有效反应被试列车司机长、短期抗压能力大小。结论PPG技术的各项指标有效获得被试司机的疲劳趋势,为实现疲劳的实时监测提供了技术支撑。Objective Explore the heart rate variability(HRV)of urban rail transit electric train drivers by means of Photo PlethysmoGraphy(PPG)technology to obtain the fatigue trend and realize fatigue monitoring and warning.Methods Design an urban rail transit simulation driving experiment.Collect the pulse signal of the electric train drivers,and analyze the frequency domain indicator LF/HF and nonlinear indicators SD1 and SD2 of HRV in the pulse signal based on PPG technology.Results(1)The new drivers had an obvious alternating effect of sympathetic nerve and vagus nerve in the early stage of driving;(2)The sympathetic nerve activity increased when the driving environment changed,and the ratio of LH/HF of the drivers showed a significant upward trend;(3)With driving time increased,the LF/HF value showed an upward trend,and the sympathetic nerve continued to be active.The drivers were prone to fatigue;(4)SD1 and SD2 effectively responded to the long and short-term compressive capacity of the train drivers.Conclusion The indicators of PPG technology effectively obtain the fatigue trend of the drivers,and provide technical support for real-time monitoring of driving fatigue.
