高瞻主任医师诊疗女性压力性尿失禁临证经验

摘　　要：压力性尿失禁(SUI)是尿失禁中最常见的类型,常伴有一定程度的心理障碍,严重影响患者的生活质量。高瞻主任医师长期致力于研究SUI的诊治,具有丰富的临床经验。临证时病证结合,在传统SUI补脾、补肾治疗的基础上,结合SUI的现代医学理论,增加活血化瘀治法,并辅以生活方式指导,取得较好疗效。通过对高瞻主任医师诊治SUI的经验的总结,发现高瞻主任医师在经典方剂补中益气汤和金锁固精丸的基础之上,结合压力性尿失禁的临床特点,以补中益气、益肾固摄、活血化瘀为法治疗压力性尿失禁,具有较好的疗效。Stress urinary incontinence(SUI)is one of the most common types of urinary incontinence,often accompanied with psychological disorder and it seriously affects the quality of life(QOL)in the patients.Professor Gao Zhan has been engaged in the study on SUI for a long time and has rich experiences in it.In treatment,the disease and the symptoms are considered in combination.On the base of the traditional treatment for tonifying the spleen and stomach,the theory of modern medicine is combined in treatment of SUI.The therapy for activating blood circulation and removing stasis is added,as well as the guidance of life style.Hence,the satisfactory effect is achieved.By summarizing professor Gao′s experiences in treatment of SUI,it was found that besides the use of classic formulas,i.e.buzhong yiqi tang and jinsuo gujing wan,in consideration of the clinical characteristics of SUI,the therapies for tonifying qi in the middle jiao,benefiting kidney,activating blood and resolving stasis were combined to ensure the satisfactory effect.
