百令胶囊对原发性慢性肾小球肾炎患者肾功能及临床疗效的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨百令胶囊联合前列地尔注射液对原发性慢性肾小球肾炎患者肾功能及临床效果的影响。方法选取2016年1月-2018年10月期间收治的原发性慢性肾小球肾炎患者100例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组给予前列地尔注射液常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予百令胶囊,治疗3个月。观察两组患者治疗后临床效果,治疗前后血常规、C反应蛋白(CRP)、24 h尿蛋白(24 h UTP)定量及肾功能的变化。结果观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。与本组治疗前比较,两组治疗后血常规无明显变化(P>0.05),CRP及24 h UTP定量明显降低(P<0.05),Scr及BUN值均明显降低(P<0.05)。与对照组治疗后比较,观察组治疗后血常规无明显变化(P>0.05),CRP及24 h UTP定量均明显降低(P<0.05),Scr值明显降低(P<0.05),BUN值虽有降低,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论百令胶囊联合前列地尔注射液能明显提高原发性慢性肾小球肾炎患者的临床有效率,降低尿蛋白,改善患者的肾功能,提高其生活质量。Objective To explore the influence of bailing capsules combined with alprostadil injection on renal function and clinical effect in the patients with primary chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods From January 2016 to October 2018,100 patients with primary chronic glomerulonephritis were collected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table,50 cases in each one.In the control group,the routine treatment with alprostadil injection was given.In the observation group,on the base of the treatment as the control group,bailing capsules were adopted.The duration of treatment was 3 months.After treatment,the clinical effect was observed and before and after treatment,the blood routine,CRP,24 hUTP and renal function were compared in the two groups.Results The effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the blood routine did not change obviously after treatment in the same group(P>0.05).CRP and 24 hUTP quantification were reduced obviously(P<0.05)and Scr ad BUN were reduced obviously(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,[JP2]after treatment,the blood routine did not change obviously(P>0.05),CRP and 24 hUTP quantification were reduced obviously(P<0.05),Scr was reduced(P<0.05)and BUN was reduced but without statistical significance(P>0.05)in the observation group.Conclusion Bailing capsules combined with alprostadil injection significantly improves the effective rate,reduces urine protein and improves renal function and the quality of life in the patients with primary chronic glomerulonephritis.
