加味瓜蒌薤白半夏汤治疗痰瘀互结型冠心病心绞痛的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察加味瓜蒌薤白半夏汤治疗痰瘀互结型冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法将60例冠心病心绞痛属痰瘀互结型的患者随机分为两组,每组30例,两组均给予常规西药治疗,治疗组加服加味瓜蒌薤白半夏汤,疗程为4周。观察两组患者治疗前后心绞痛疗效、中医证候疗效、中医症状评分的变化情况。结果治疗组心绞痛疗效总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义;治疗组中医证候疗效总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义;与本组治疗前相比,两组患者治疗后胸闷、胸痛、心悸的症状评分降低(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义;与对照组治疗后相比,治疗组治疗后胸闷、胸痛、心悸的症状评分降低更加明显(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。两组患者在用药过程中均未出现明显不良反应。结论加味瓜蒌薤白半夏汤治疗痰瘀互结型冠心病心绞痛疗效显著。Objective To observe the clinical effect on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome treated with modified gualou xiebai banxia tang.Methods A total of 60 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome were randomized into two groups,the treatment group and the control group,30 cases in each one.The routine western medication was provided in the two groups.Additionally,in the treatment group,the modified gualou xiebai banxia tang was added.The duration of treatment was 4 weeks.Before and after treatment,the therapeutic effect on angina pectoris,the curative effect of TCM syndrome and TCM symptom score were observed in the two groups.Results The total effective rate on angina pectoris was 93.3%in the treatment group,higher than 66.7%in the control group,indicating the statistical significance(P<0.05).The total effective rate on TCM syndrome was 96.67%,higher than 60%in the control group,indicating the statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared with the scores before treatment in the same group,the scores of chest distress,chest pain and palpitation were all reduced after treatment in the two groups,indicating the significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with the scores in the control group after treatment,the scores of chest distress,chest pain and palpitation in the treatment group after treatment were reduced more obviously,indicating the statistical significance(P<0.05).Besides,no obvious side reaction was found during medication in the two groups.Conclusion The modified gualou xiebai banxia tang achieves the significant effect on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome.
