摘 要:用丁二酰亚胺,三乙醇胺,双氧水,油酸甲酯和硼酸合成了硼化丁二酰亚胺油酸甲酯。用四球机和曲轴箱模拟试验 分别对硼化丁二酰亚胺油酸甲酯在菜子油中的抗磨减摩性能和清净分散性能进行了评价,并借助于扫描电子显微镜(SEM) 和x-射线光电子能谱(X PS)对 硼化丁二酰亚胺油酸甲酯的抗磨减摩机理进行了探讨。随着硼化丁二酰亚胺油酸甲酯添加量 的增加,菜子油的最大无卡咬负荷和烧结负荷增加,而磨斑直径和摩擦因数则下降,结焦量也逐渐减少。当硼化丁二酰亚胺 油酸甲酯的添加量为2.5%时,最大无卡咬负荷从674N增加到980N,增加了约45%。烧结负荷从1236N增加到2452N,增 加了约98%。磨斑直径从0.62mm下降到0.40mm,下降了约35%。摩擦因数则从0.071下降到0.053,下降了约25%。结焦量从 28.2mg下降到18.9mg,下降了约33%。铝板评级也从10级下降到5.5级,提高了4.5级。说明硼化丁二酰亚胺油酸甲酯是一 种具有良好抗磨减摩性能和清净分散性能的多功能添加剂。XPS分析表明,摩擦表面所形成的高强度吸附膜和摩擦化学反 应膜具有优良的抗磨减摩作用。Borated succinimide methyl oleate was synthesized from succinimide,triethanolamine,hydrogen peroxide,methyl oleate and boric acid.The anti-wear/friction-reducing performance and detergent/dispersant property of borated succinimide methyl oleate in rapeseed oil were evaluated by four-ball machine and crankcase simulation test respectively.The anti-wear/anti-frictional mechanism of borated succinimide methyl oleate was discussed by means of scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The last nonseizure load and weld load of rapeseed oil increased with the addition of borated succinimide methyl oleate,while the wear scar diameter and frictional coefficient decreased,and the coking amount decreased gradually.When the addition of borated succinimide methyl oleate was 2.5%,the last nonseizure load increased from 674 N to 980 N,an increase of about 45%.The weld load increased from 1236 N to 2452 N,which increased about 98%.The wear scar diameter decreased from 0.62 mm to 0.40 mm,which decreased about 35%.Frictional coefficient decreased from 0.071 to 0.053,which decreased about 25%.The coking amount decreased from 28.2 mg to 18.9 mg,which decreased about 33%.Aluminum sheet rating also dropped from level 10 to level 5.5,an increase of 4.5 levels.It was concluded that borated succinimide methyl oleate was a multifunctional additive with good anti-wear/friction-reducing performance and detergent/dispersant property.XPS analysis showed that the high-strength adsorption film and tribochemical reaction film formed on the frictional surface had excellent anti-wear/friction-reduction performance.
