摘  要:为了改善现有防护润滑油的性能和适应舰用导弹吊挂特殊的防护要求,研制了F-3和10X两种导弹吊挂防护润滑油并评价了其使用性能。根据导弹吊挂的实际情况,对这两种防护润滑油与材料(硅橡胶,聚氨酯漆和多种金属)及环境(大气环境和盐雾环境)的适应性进行了考察。两种防护润滑油均与材料及环境有良好的适应性,能够满足舰用导弹吊挂特殊的防护要求。In order to improve the performance of the existing preventive lubricants and meet the special protective requirements of ship missile hanger,two kinds of preventive lubricants for missile hanger,F-3 and 10X,were developed and their performances were evaluated. According to the actual situation of missile hanger, the adaptability of two kinds of preventive lubricants and materials( silicone rubber,polyurethane paint and various metals) and environment( atmospheric environment and salt fog environment) were investigated.Both two kinds of preventive lubricants had good adaptability to materials and environment,and could meet the special protection requirements of ship missile hanger.( Charts9 Tables3 References4)
