ISA furnace coal injection lead smelting process and its production practice

摘  要:艾萨炉熔炼能处理铜、铅、锌、锡等多种物料,但存在燃料成本高、燃烧区域不均匀等问题,为了解决上述问题,在会泽冶炼厂的艾萨炉上试用粉煤作燃料,实践结果表明艾萨炉喷煤炼铅工艺相对于喷油炼铅工艺具有生产成本低、对入炉物料适应性强、铅直收率高、炉温调控性好、作业环境好等优点,经过成本对比计算,艾萨炉喷煤炼铅工艺每年比同行业艾萨炉喷油炼铅节约成本1 086.9万元。该工艺克服了生产所受能源的限制,并且利用了闲散资源,节约了生产成本,值得推广。ISA furnace can deal with copper,lead,zinc,tin and so on materials,but there are some problems such as high fuel cost and uneven combustion area.In order to solve the above problems,pulverized coal was used as fuel in the ISA furnace in Huize Smelter.The practice results show that the ISA furnace coal injection lead-smelting process has the advantages of low production cost,strong adaptability to the incoming materials,high vertical yield,good furnace temperature control,and good working environment.Through cost comparison calculation,the cost savings of ISA furnace coal injection lead smelting process are 10.869 million yuan annually compared with that of ISA furnace oil injection lead smelting process.The process overcomes the energy constraints,utilizes the idle resources,saves production costs,and is worth promoting.
