摘  要:利用NaCl溶液对废旧三元锂离子电池进行放电处理,将放电后的电池在650℃、N2气气氛下进行热解,选用活性炭和NaOH溶液处理热解过程中产生的HF气体和VOCs气体。热解产物主要由C、Cu、Al、Li 2CO3、NiO、CoO和Ni等组成,该产物可进一步用于湿法冶金提取Li、Ni、Co、Mn、Cu和Al等有价金属,经济效益显著。The spent ternary Li-ion batteries were discharging in the sodium chloride solution.After the treatment of electro-discharge,the spent ternary Li-ion batteries were roasted at 650℃in N 2 atmosphere.The gases of HF and VOCs produced in the process of pyrolysis were adsorbed by activated carbon and sodium hydroxide solution.The main phases of the pyrolysis products were C,Cu,Al,Li 2CO 3,NiO,CoO and Ni,which could be further used in the extraction of valuable metals by the hydrometallurgy process.The economic benefits were remarkable.
