摘  要:建立一种高灵敏度、高精密度的多元素快速、同时分析方法,测定苣荬菜中人体必需微量元素和重金属元素的含量。本试验以HNO3和H2O2作为消解酸体系,采用电热板湿法消解法对样品进行预处理,电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定其微量元素,以铟、铑为内标,用标准曲线法计算各元素的含量。各元素检出限在0.004 2~0.061 3 g/L之间,各标准曲线的相关系数(r)均≥0.999,RSD均<4%。测得锰(Mn)、铬(Cr)、锶(Sr)、锌(Zn)、铷(Rb)、硼(B)、镍、钒、锡、钼、硒、钴、铜、砷(As)、铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、汞(Hg)的含量分别为108.10、26.71、169.20、46.37、9.22、70.27、15.62、5.49、4.83、2.28、1.29、0.93、18.56、0.90、2.99、0.198、0.14 g/g。该测定方法速度快、灵敏度高、线性范围宽、准确度好,是一种高效、便捷的质量控制方法。测定结果显示,苣荬菜样品中含有较丰富的Sr、Mn、B、Zn、Cr等人体必需微量元素,重金属Cu、As、Pb、Cd、Hg的含量均未超过国家限定值。本方法填补了苣荬菜中微量元素研究的空白,为建立苣荬菜质量控制标准和活性筛选提供了参考依据。Ahigh sensitivity and precision method was established to determine the contents of essential trace elements and heavy metals in Sonchus arvensis L.Adopting the method of electric heating digestion,the samples were digested respectively with the mixed HNO3-H2O2 system,the contents of trace elements were determined by ICP-MS.In addition,In and Rh were regarded as internal standard,and the contents of trace elements were calculated by standard curve method.The detection limit of each element was between 0.004 2and 0.061 3 g/L,and the correlation coefficient of each standard curve was≥0.999 and RSD<4%.The contents of Mn,Cr,Sr,Zn,Rb,B,Ni,V,Sn,Mo,Se,Co,Cu,As,Pb,Cd,Hg were 108.10,26.71,169.20,46.37,9.22,70.27,15.62,5.49,4.83,2.28,1.29,0.93,18.56,0.90,2.99,0.198,0.14 g/g respectively.This method has high sensitivity,wide linear range and good accuracy,and is an efficient and convenient quality control method,which provides a reference basis for establishing the quality control standard and active screening.S.arvensis L.contains abundant human essential trace elements such As Sr,Mn,B,Zn,Cr,and heavy metals such As Cu,As,Pb,Cd and Hg,were lower than those of national standard.
