摘　　要：傅玄,魏晋之际著名的文学家、思想家、政论家。他继承了上世的遗学,又阐述了自己独到的观点,留下了丰富的政治思想成果,这些政治主张与当代社会所行之策在一定程度上不谋而合。他的民本论、施政论、取才观及其政治思想具有重要的现实意义。Fu Xuan,a famous writer,thinker and political commentator in Wei and Jin dynasties.He has left a wealth of political and ideological achievements.this paper discusses his people-oriented theory,political theory,talent view and the modern significance of his political thought.Fu Xuan inherits the legacy of the previous world and expounds his own unique views.to a certain extent,these political propositions coincide with the policies of contemporary society,and their practical significance is self-evident.
