摘　　要：根据读者参与图书现场采购(简称读者现采)的现状,利用“SWOT”分析法提出了读者参与图书采购的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战。基于利用优势和机遇,克服弱势和应对挑战考虑,提出制定完善的现采流程、精心挑选读者及推广应用“U书”快借、简化读者现采流程等参考意见。Reader’s selecting books on the spot abbreviates reader’s selecting books.The article expounds the status of reader’s selecting books.Making use of SWOT,the author analyzes the strengths,opportunities,weaknesses and threats on reader’s selecting books.Taking advantage of strengths and opportunities,overcoming weaknesses and threats,the author sets out several ideas:establishing a perfect procurement process,selecting carefully the readers,simplifying the process of reader’s selecting books by promotion and application of U Book Quick Loan.
