摘　　要：在新时代的背景下,智慧图书馆作为未来图书馆的新模式,将成为图书馆创新发展、转型发展和可持续发展的新理念和新实践。认真分析智慧图书馆的内涵和发展,以及智慧图书馆的特征,结合高校图书馆自身的特点,高校图书馆馆员应在观念、技能等方面作出切实的转变。On the background of China's New Era of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics by Xi Jinping,as a new mode of Library in the future,smart library will become a new concept and practice of Library innovation,transformation and sustainable development.From the connotation and development of smart library,as well as the characteristics of smart library,combining with the characteristics of University Libraries themselves,we emphatically discusses the changes that librarians of university libraries should make in building smart libraries.
