民国报刊对社会风化问题的引导——以1912-1937年北京地区为中心的考察

摘　　要：1912-1937年间北京的报纸刊物为探究当时当地的社会风化问题提供了大量的信息。纷繁的信息之下潜藏着报刊媒体在社会风化问题的流变过程中所发挥的引导作用:表明官方处理社会风化问题态度的信息将民众的行为向符合官方统治诉求的方向引导;宣传“新风化观”的信息将民众的风化观念向解放、平等、自由、科学的方向引导;报刊媒体为满足自身经济诉求而散播的情欲信息,在引导民众参与声色消费的同时,也为公众制造了进一步探讨社会风化的话题,从而直接或间接地助推社会风化从保守走向开放。The newspapers in pecking area from 1912 to 1937 provide abundant information about social decency.Under the numerous and complicated information lies the guiding role played by newspapers and media in the process of social decency.Information indicating the official attitude to dealing with the issue of social decency guides people's behavior in a direction consistent with the official demand for rule.The information of “new concept of decency” will guide people's concept of decency to the direction of liberation,equality,freedom and science.The erotic information spread by newspapers and media to satisfy their own economic demands not only leads the public to participate in sensual consumption,but also creates a topic for the public to further discuss social decency,thus directly or indirectly promoting social decency from conservative to open.
