摘　　要：目的:检测C/EBPβ蛋白在寻常型银屑病皮损中的表达水平。方法:收集15例寻常型银屑病患者皮损和10例正常对照组皮肤组织标本,提取总蛋白,采用Western blot技术检测两组组织中C/EBPβ蛋白的表达水平,采用Pearson相关性分析评估C/EBPβ蛋白表达水平与患者PASI评分的相关性。结果:寻常型银屑病患者皮损中C/EBPβ蛋白表达水平(0.84±0.41),明显低于正常对照组(1.15±0.26),差异有统计学意义(t=2.12,P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析显示C/EBPβ蛋白表达量与患者PASI评分呈负相关性(r=-0.66,P<0.05)。结论:C/EBPβ蛋白在寻常型银屑病皮损中表达下调,为后续深入研究C/EBPβ蛋白在银屑病发病机制中的作用奠定了基础。Objective:To detect the expression of C/EBPβprotein in the lesions of patients with psoriasis vulgaris by western blot.Methods:C/EBPβprotein expression levels of tissues from 15 psoriatic lesions and 10 healthy controls were determined by the means of whole protein extraction and Western blot,and the correlation between expression of C/EBPβand PASI scores was analyzed.Results:C/EBPβprotein expression(0.84±0.41)was significantly decreased in psoriasis compared to the normal control(t=2.12,P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that C/EBPβprotein expression level was negatively correlated with PASI score(r=-0.66,P<0.05).Conclusion:C/EBPβprotein was down expression in psoriatic lesions,which established foundation to further reveal the mechanism of C/EBPβprotein involved in the pathogenesis of psoriasis vulgaris.
