摘 要:随着制造业的发展,磨床的性能成本需要进一步降低,通过最优化设计数值计算和应用计算机技术的最优化设计方法,求解无心磨床主轴的最优设计方案.在充分分析无心磨削原理的基础上,满足磨床磨削条件,建立主轴优化模型.由于含有非线性约束,因此应用Matlab软件,并选用拟牛顿SQP算法,得出最优解.优化结果使磨床主轴参数得到优化,磨床主轴自重降低,性能提升,从而降低了生产成本,达到最佳的生产经济性指标.With the development of manufacturing industry,the performance cost of grinder needs to be further reduced.The optimum design scheme of the main spindle of centerless grinder is solved by optimum design numerical calculation and optimization design method of computer technology.Based on the full analysis of the principle of centerless grinding,the spindle optimization model is established with the grinding conditions satisfied.Because of the nonlinear constraints,the optimal solution is obtained by using the quasi Newton SQP algorithm in Matlab.Through optimization,the parameters of grinder spindle are optimized,the weight of grinder spindle is reduced and the performance is improved so the production cost is reduced and the optimal production economic index is also achieved.
