摘　　要：2019 年5 月16 日,美国当地媒体报道,华人建筑师贝聿铭在纽约曼哈顿的一家医院逝世,享年102 岁。贝聿铭是新现代主义风格的代表人物,他尊重艺术和历史,善于运用古典主义几何构图。文章拟从贝聿铭先生的人物生平、建筑风格、主要作品等角度来追忆贝先生的一生,以此来表达对贝先生的沉痛悼念。文章希望通过对贝先生设计风格的阐述,国内的建筑师能秉持着“承上启下,继往开来”的谦虚态度把我国的建筑理论带上新的高度。On May 16,2019, the US local media reported that Chinese architect I.M.Pei died at the age of 102 in aManhattan hospital in New York.Pei is a representative figure of neo-modernism style.He respects artand history and is good at using classical geometric composition. This article intends to reminisce aboutMr.Pei's life from the perspectives of his life, architectural style and analysis of his main works, in order toexpress the deep condolences to Mr.Pei.It is hoped that through the elaboration of Mr.Pei's design style,domestic architects can take Chinese architectural theory to a new height with the humble attitude of"connecting the past with the future and carrying forward the future".
