摘 要:近年来,农村居住建筑热工性能较差的问题已经得到了越来越多的关注。为了提高围护结构的热工性能,改善农村住宅室内热环境,节约能耗,2009 年陕西省颁布了《陕西省农村建筑节能技术导则》[1]。文章通过对陕南地区农村居住建筑围护结构构造的分析,以安康市石泉县一栋典型砖混结构建筑为例,提出适合陕南地区的围护结构节能设计方案,并用Design-Builder 软件进行模拟分析,通过对比分析围护结构设计前后建筑室内热环境的变化,发现围护结构节能设计后,建筑室内热环境得到了明显的改善。In recent years, the problem of poor thermal performance of rural residential buildings has received moreand more attention. In order to improve the thermal performance of the envelope structure, improve theindoor thermal environment of rural houses, and save energy consumption, in 2009, Shaanxi Provincepromulgated the "Technical Guidelines for Energy Efficiency of Rural Buildings in Shaanxi Province"[1].Based on the analysis of the structure of rural residential building envelopes in southern Shaanxi, thispaper takes a typical brick-concrete structure in Shiquan County of Ankang City as an example, andproposes an energy-saving design scheme for the enclosure structure in southern Shaanxi, and usesDesign-Builder software. Simulation analysis, through comparative analysis of the changes in the thermalenvironment of the building before and after the design of the envelope structure, found that after theenergy-saving design of the envelope structure, the indoor thermal environment of the building has beensignificantly improved.
