从“边界”到“边界空间”——代官山集合住宅外部空间设计解析

摘　　要：聚焦城市街区中城市与建筑的外部边界空间,文章以代官山集合住宅为案例对其进行分析。通过对代官山建筑群与城市外部空间的边界上的布置、街道与内部庭院交接空间的设计、内部庭院之间边界的交接这三个层级的解析,得出代官山集合住宅的边界空间设计特点,从而对今后开放式住区设计如何融入城市街道提出建议。Focusing on the outer boundary space between city and architecture in open blocks, the article analyzesthe architect Fumihiko Maki and takes the project "Hillside Terrace" as an example. By analyzing the layoutof the boundary space, the design of the junction space between the street and the inner courtyard andthe handover of junction space between the inner courtyards, the design features of the "Hillside Terrace"are obtained. Suggestions on how to design an open residential in the future are put forward.
