摘  要:目的观察椭圆机HIIT与有氧训练对T2DM患者糖脂代谢与体质指标的影响。方法将T2DM患者分为椭圆机HIIT(H组)、有氧(A组)和对照组(C组),三组均按医生要求服药,C组仅服药,H组和A组除服药外还进行12周椭圆机HIIT与有氧训练。结果三组的HbA1c、TG、FBG、Tch和LDL-C均有下降,H组和A组下降更显著(P<0.05)。两实验组的WHR、BW、体脂%、WC和BP显著减小(P<0.05),但HDL-C和BMI无显著差异(P>0.05)。C组除BP明显下降外(P<0.05),其他体质指标变化不明显(P>0.05)。两实验组的糖脂代谢指标下降水平差别不大(P>0.05),但H组的HDL-C、WHR、BMI、体脂%、WC和BP改善幅度稍优于A组(P>0.05)。结论HIIT与有氧训练均能有助于提高药疗疗效,改善糖脂代谢,增强患者体质;HIIT在AS预防、时效性与依从性方面略优于有氧训练,可考虑将HIIT作为有氧训练的替代或有益补充。Objective To observe and compare the influence of elliptical HIIT and aerobic exercise for blood biochemical indexes and body constitution in T2DM patients.Methods T2DM patients were split into HIIT experimental group(H group),aerobic exercise group(A group)and control group(C group)at random,all groups were instructed by their doctors,taking medicine,the control group only took drugs,H group and A group were undertaken 12 weeks’training of elliptical HIIT and aerobic exercise.Results All groups’HbA1C,TG,FBG,Tch,and LDL-C decreased,but H group and A group decreased remarkably(P<0.05).WHR,BW,percentage body fat,WC and BP of two experimental groups reduced significantly(P<0.05).But HDL-C and BMI had no significant difference(P>0.05).Except for BP in Group C decreased significantly(P<0.05),the other body constitution indexes had no obviously changes.The decline level of metabolism of blood glucose and lipid indexes had no much difference in 2 experimental groups(P>0.05),but the improvement range of HDL-C,WHR,BMI,percentage body fat,WC and BP in H group had a slight superiority over A group(P>0.05).Conclusion Both HIIT and aerobic exercise could help to enhance therapeutic efficacy of medicine,improve their metabolism level of blood glucose and lipid,enhance their body constitution.HIIT had a slight advantage over aerobic exercise in the respects of atherosclerosis prevention and the time-efficiency and compliance.It could take into account using HIIT to replace aerobic exercise or as a necessary supplement for aerobic exercise.
