摘　　要：随着深井、超深井勘探开发的增多,在采用分级固井工艺进行长裸眼段固井施工中,地层发生严重漏失,导致固井质量差的问题日益明显。采用具有封隔器的封隔式分级注水泥器,能够在分级固井时实现两级固井作业之间的环空封隔,降低水泥浆液柱对地层的压力,保护易漏失地层,降低发生漏失几率,进而提高固井质量。该技术的核心是具有封隔功能的分级注水泥器及配套工具,国外各大公司已具有相关产品。概述了封隔式分级固井技术的基本工艺。介绍了其关键技术,包括整机与封隔器结构、封隔器胀封控制技术、循环孔启闭控制技术。通过对各关键技术优缺点的对比分析,指出适用于解决国内分级固井地层漏失的封隔式分级注水泥器的研制方向。As the numbers of deep wells and ultra-deep wells increases,when multistage cementing is done in long large hole,the problem of poor cementing quality caused by serious formation?leakage is becoming more and more obvious.The stage cementing collar with packer can achieve the annulus sealing between two stages of cementing operation,reduce the pressure of cement slurry on formation,protect the leaky formation and reduce leakage.The technology and tool can significantly improve cementing quality.Stage cementing collar with packer and relevant products have already produced by major foreign companies.The technological principle of the technology of cementing collar with packer was introduced in details,including the structure of the device,packer inflation control technology,circulation hole opening and closing control technology.The development direction of domestically-made stage cementing collar with packer was pointed out based on the comparative analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the key technologies.
