摘　　要：在高压注水井中下入测调仪器,目前需要停注、泄压,并存在作业安全问题。设计了可倾斜液压举升加长防喷管和顶部液压防喷密封装置。分析测调仪器在高压注水井中的柔性下入条件,据此优化测调仪器下人装置的参数,即,防喷管长度4.5 m、铠装电缆直径3.5 mm、加重杆质量、仪器质量。应用证明,研制的测调仪器多重柔性下入装置可在35 MPa注水井中应用,操作简便、安全,对提高测试数据精度、防止环境污染和减少地层能量损失具有重要意义。The measuring instrument hardly accesses into the lubricator due to the stopping injection,discharging overflow,and the operational safety problems.The devices of inclined hydraulic lifting and lengthening anti-spray nozzle and top hydraulic blowout-proof sealing were designed.Based on the analysis of the flexible entry conditions of measuring and adjusting instruments in high-pressure water injection wells,the parameters of manned devices of measuring and adjusting instrument,such as the length of blowout preventer of 4.5 m,the diameter of armored cables of 3.5 mm,the weight of weighting rods and the quality of instruments were optimized.The application proves that the multi-flexible down-entry device can be used in 35 MPa water injection wells with easy and safe operation.
