摘  要:以中大马力拖拉机组合式动力换挡变速器为研究对象,基于该变速箱中的四速动力换挡模块,提出以油门开度和输出轴转速为参数的换挡策略。详细分析了中大马力拖拉机自动变速器的变速特性和一定耕作阻力下的循环换挡现象,确定了中大马力拖拉机的换挡控制参数,并通过建立拖拉机的纵向力学模型,借助MATLAB/Simulink进行建模仿真。仿真结果表明,该控制策略避免了拖拉机在一定工作阻力下的循环换挡现象,提高了拖拉机的燃油经济性,可以使拖拉机能够在较大的工作阻力范围内连续工作。Taking the combined power shift transmission of medium and large horsepower tractor as the research object,based on the four-speed power shifting module in the gearbox,the shifting strategy with the throttle opening and the output shaft speed as parameters is proposed.The shifting features of the automatic transmission of the medium and large horsepower tractor and the cyclic shifting phenomenon under certain working resistance are analyzed in details.The shift control parameters of the medium and large horsepower tractor are determined.The longitudinal mechanical model of the tractor is established and built.Through the simulation of MATLAB/Simulink,the simulation results show that the control strategy avoids the cyclic shift of the tractor under certain working resistance,which can improve the economy efficiency of tractor fuel,and enable the tractor to work continuously within a large working resistance range.
