摘 要:设计了一种恒转速控制电动微耕机电路,以单片机为核心,通过控制PWM占空比来调节电机的转速,使其承担负荷后转速的跌落程度较小,从而达到提高电动微耕机作业质量,减少能耗,降低工作成本等目的。试验结果表明:该恒转速控制的电动微耕机在工作时可在一定范围内进行速度的平滑调节,并在负载发生变化的情况下保持转速基本不变,并且具有良好的稳态、动态性能。Design an electric-micro-tiller circuit with constant speed control.With the single chip microcomputer as the core,adjust the motor speed by controlling the PWM duty cycle,so the degree of drop in the speed after taking the load is small,so that can improve the quality of electric-micro-tiller operation,reduce energy consumption and work costs and so on.The test result shows that the constant speed control electric-micro-tiller can smoothly adjust the speed within a certain range during operation,and can keep the rotation speed basically unchanged under the condition of load change,and has good steady state and dynamic performance.
