摘 要:基于V型开发模式,主要采用MATLAB/Simulink、dSPACE—控制系统的集成开发等平台,按照V型开发模式的各个阶段,利用MATLAB/Simulink进行串联混合动力整车控制主要策略的建模仿真,并在MicroAutoBox上进行策略模型的基本验证;利用TargetLink工具生成16位单片机为核心的产品级代码,下载到设计开发的整车控制器中进行整车控制器(VCU)的硬件在环以及装车的验证,后期在样车上进行关键参数的标定,完成混合动力客车整车控制器的开发。开发过程中不仅采用了高集成度的控制平台,而且还自己搭建了VCU的开发和调试台架,对串联混合动力的基本控制策略、V型开发模式的开发过程以及各个阶段的开发工具等核心关键问题进行了分析和探讨。结果表明,采用基于V型开发模式开发的串联混合动力整车控制器,不仅能很好地满足整车的各项控制需求,而且具有模块功能定义明确、代码自动生成、程序可读性强、代码修改方便等优点,提高了整车控制器软件的开发效率和开发质量,并缩短了开发周期,降低了开发成本。Based on the V-type development mode,this paper mainly uses the integrated development platform of MATLAB/Simulink and dSPACE-control system.According to each stage of the V-type development mode,the main control strategies of series hybrid electric vehicle are modeled and simulated by using MATLAB/Simulink,and the basic verification of the strategy model is carried out on MicroAutoBox.TargetLink tool generates 16-bit MCU-based product-level code,which is downloaded to the vehicle controller designed and developed to verify the hardware-in-the-loop and loading of the vehicle controller(VCU).Later,the key parameters are calibrated on the prototype vehicle to complete the development of the vehicle controller for hybrid electric bus.In the process of development,not only a highly integrated control platform is adopted,but also a VCU development and debugging platform is built.The key issues such as the basic control strategy of series hybrid power,the development process of V-type development mode and the development tools at various stages are analyzed and discussed.The results show that the series hybrid electric vehicle controller based on V-type development mode not only satisfies the control requirements of the whole vehicle well,but also has the advantages of clear module function definition,automatic code generation,strong readability of program and convenient code modification,which improves the development efficiency of vehicle controller software.It also shortens the development cycle and reduces the development cost.
