摘 要:南堡油田余热资源丰富,但在以往的注水过程中被忽略,造成能源巨大浪费。为充分利用注水水源的热量,选取南堡油田403平台作为试点,利用高效换热器并采取一次换热技术,回收利用403平台水源井热水热量,用于加热产出液及天然气,同时满足冬季采暖和伴热的需求。该试验项目顺利投产,最终实现了取代原有天然气加热炉并减少天然气消耗的目的。在试验基础上依据该油田余热资源利用现状,制定了1号岛、3-2平台、新堡古2平台和403平台余热利用方案,为后续余热回收利用提供理论依据。Nanpu Oilfield is rich in waste heat resources,which were neglected during water injection process in the past,resulting in a huge waste of energy.In order to make full use of the heat of water injection source,403 Platform of Nanpu Oilfield is selected as the pilot,where the high-efficiency heat exchanger is used and the primary heat exchange technology is adopted to recycle the heat of hot water from the water source well.The recycled heat is used to heat the produced liquid and natural gas,and at the same time to meet the demand of heating and heat tracing in winter.The test project is put into operation successfully,and finally has replaced the original natural gas heating furnace and reduced the consumption of natural gas.On the basis of the test and according to the utilization status of waste heat resources in the oilfield,the schemes of waste heat utilization in No.1 Island,3-2 Platform,New Pugu 2 Platform and 403 Platform are developed,which provide theoretical basis for the popularization and application of waste heat recovery and utilization in the oilfield.
