摘 要:根据鄂尔多斯气田特点及相邻区块的开发特点,国家对延长气田提出了经济合理、技术成熟、安全可靠、规模效益开发的地面集输工程建设要求。对延长气田已有试气参数进行分析,将天然气集输系统与管输压力系统相结合,充分利用气井能量,提高气田集输系统的整体运行效率。通过高压集气、中压集气和低压集气三种集输方案的论述和对比分析,确定了合理的集输方案,即按照中压集气方式对志丹双河地面工程进行技术方案设计和实施,顺利完成了地面工程的建设投产,实现了延长气田规模效益开发。此天然气集输工艺方案对其他类似区块的效益开发具有一定的指导借鉴意义。According to the characteristics of Ordos Gas Field and the development characteristics of adjacent blocks,for Yanchang Gas Field our nation has proposed the construction requirements of surface gathering and transportation project,which are economical and reasonable,mature in technology,safe and reliable and have economies of scale.The existing gas test parameters of the gas field are analyzed,and the natural gas gathering and transportation system is combined with the pipeline transportation pressure system,so as to make full use of gas well energy and improve the overall operating efficiency of gas field.Through discussion and comparative analysis of three gathering and transportation projects,namely high,medium and low pressure gas gathering,the reasonable gathering and transportation project is determined.The technical scheme of Zhidan-Shuanghe surface engineering is designed and conducted by the way of medium pressure gas gathering.The surface engineering is constructed and put into production smoothly,and the development of economies of scale in Yanchang Gas Field is achieved.The natural gas gathering and transportation process scheme has certain guiding significance for the benefit development of other similar blocks.
