摘　　要：根据LNG生产的工艺过程及产品规格的要求,针对不同原料气的气质条件特征,对原料气进行脱酸、脱汞、脱水和脱氮等必要的预处理。预处理单元是LNG液化工厂的核心组成部分,它的工艺选择、设计能力及适应性直接关系到LNG液化工厂能否长期稳定运行,并生产出符合标准及规格要求的LNG产品。因此,在进行LNG工厂的规划设计时,首先需对预处理工艺技术进行合理的初选,从国内外LNG产品的规格及要求入手,针对不同杂质对装置可能产生的的不良影响进行初步分析;对每种可能需求的处理工艺,就当前行业通常使用的各种工艺方法进行相应的对比分析,明确各种工艺方法的适用范围;对原料天然气预处理工艺过程选择中可能出现的具体问题进行总结,并提出相应的建议。Due to the technical process and product specification requirements of LNG production,it is usually necessary to carry out pretreatment such as acid removal,mercury removal,dehydration and nitrogen removal for raw natural gas according to the characteristics of different gases.The pretreatment unit is the core component of LNG liquefaction plant,and its process selection,design capability and adaptability are directly related to the long-term and stable operation of LNG liquefaction plant and also make LNG production meet standards and specifications.Therefore,during the phase of LNG plant planning and design,it is highly necessary to make a reasonable preliminary pretreatment process selection.Starting with the specifications and requirements of LNG product at home and abroad,the preliminary analysis is conducted for the possible adverse effects of different impurities on process units.For each possible required treatment process,comparative analysis has been done in terms of the various process methods commonly used in current industry correspondingly,and the application scope of various process methods is also clarified.Finally,the specific problems that may arise in the selection of raw natural gas pretreatment process are summarized,and corresponding suggestions are put forward.
