摘 要:针对新疆油田油气管道分布特征,分析现有阴极保护采集系统的应用现状与不足,对比五种无线传输方式的差异,确立了阴极保护采集仪间的数据通信方式,即LoRa无线扩频通信方式。基于移动网络覆盖的差异性,在移动网络较好的地区,采用LoRa无线扩频技术+移动基站通信系统;在沙漠腹地等公网较差的地区,采用LoRa无线扩频技术+北斗短报文系统。上述通信系统适用于新疆油田油气管网的阴极保护数据通信,能够满足智能化油田建设的需要,对工程实际具有一定的指导意义。Aiming at the distribution characteristics of oil and gas pipeline in Xinjiang Oilfield,the application status and shortcomings of cathodic protection potential acquisition system are analyzed,the differences of five wireless transmission modes are compared,and LoRa wireless spread spectrum communication method is adopted as the data communication mode among cathodic protection potential acquisition devices.Based on the difference of mobile network coverage,LoRa wireless spread spectrum technology and mobile base station communication system are used in areas with a better mobile network,and LoRa wireless spread spectrum technology and Beidou short message system are used in areas with a poor mobile network such as hinterland of deserts.The above communication system is suitable for the cathodic protection data communication of oil and gas pipeline network in Xinjiang Oilfield,which can meet the needs of building intelligent oilfield and has certain guiding significance for engineering practice.
