偏远油气井北斗短报文数据传输系统的建构与应用

摘　　要：偏远油气井开发数据由于距离远、地形复杂、生产不稳定、光缆通信费用高等原因,无法接入油田光缆通信系统,是油气田数据传输的盲点。随着北斗短报文双向数据传输功能的不断完善,以北斗短报文功能为依托,构建了一个“油气井数据采集和控制单元—北斗短报文用户机—北斗卫星—北斗短报文指挥管理机—DCS系统”间的双向数据传输网络,并开展了现场试验。试验结果表明,该数据传输系统具有成本低、保密性好、准确性高、稳定性强,以及适用范围广、不受距离和环境条件影响的优点,可以作为油田的安全生产和实时准确的数据采集与数据传输的重要补充手段,具有广泛的应用前景,尤其适用于偏远沙漠、海洋等地区的油田。Because of long distance,complicated terrain,unstable production and high cost of optical cable communication,remote oil and gas wells cannot be connected to the optical cable communication system of oilfield,which is the blind spot of data transmission in oil and gas fields.With the constant improvement of Beidou two-way data transmission function,and based on Beidou short message function,a two-way data transmission network among data acquisition and control units of oil and gas well,users machine of Beidou short message,Beidou Satellite,Beidou short message command and management machine and DCS system are established,and field tests are carried out.The tests indicate that the data transmission system has advantages of low cost,good secrecy,high accuracy,strong stability and wide applicable scope,and it is not affected by distance and environmental conditions.The system can be seen as the important supplementary method for the safe production,real-time and accurate data acquisition and transmission in oilfields,which has a wide popularization and application prospect,especially for the oilfields in remote deserts and seas.
