摘  要:城市地下空间开发利用是经济社会发展到一定阶段的必然选择。通过梳理和分析我国城市地下空间开发利用理论、技术发展现状及未来发展趋势,围绕城市地下空间探测与安全利用面临的关键科学问题和技术难题,提出了“全要素”精细探测、“全资源”整体评价、“全空间”协同规划与“全环境”监测预警的城市地下空间探测与安全利用战略构想,构建了城市地下系统平衡和扰动再平衡、地下全空间资源评价、地下空间区划与协同规划三大理论体系和城市地下空间精细探测-资源评价、城市地下空间区划-协同规划、地下空间勘察-施工建造、地下空间监测-预警四大技术体系,为推动我国建立城市立体开发新模式提供理论和技术支撑。The development and utilization of urban underground space is an inevitable choice when an economic society develops to a certain stage.This study analyzed the current situation and future change trend of theories and technologies of urban underground space development and untilization.With emphasis on key scientific problems and technolgical difficuties occuring in urban space detetion and safa utilization,a stratigic thinking was proposed,consisting of“total factor”fine exploration,“total resource”overall evaluation,“total space”collaborative planning and“total environment”monitoring and warning.Three theoretical systems,which are the balance and disturbance re-balance of urban underground system,resources evaluation system of underground total space,and underground space division and planning system were also established.The three systems,along with other four technological systems,such as urban underground space fine detetion-resource evelation,urban underground space divsion and planning,underground space exploration and construction,underground space monitoring and warning system,will provide theoritical and technolgical support for promoting the establishment of urban 3D development model in China.
