摘 要:高效、准确且成本最低是针对工程机械、汽车等混流装配生产企业规划设计物料供应系统持续追求的目标。文章以汽车混流装配线的零部件供应策略为研究对象,充分分析了混流装配线零部件配送物流现状,建立多场景的物料供给过程仿真模型,并设计多种物流配送策略或调度方法;通过结合仿真试验进行分析,寻找混流装配线系统和零部件的相关特征参数、计划方案与物料供给策略之间的关系,从而为混流装配线物料供给策略的设计和优化提供重要参考依据。Efficient,accurate and low cost is the goal pursued by the planning and design material supply system for mixed-flow assembly enterprises such as construction machinery and automobiles.This paper takes the parts supply strategy of automobile mixed flow assembly line as the research object,fully analyzes the status quo of the distribution logistics of the mixed flow assembly line parts,establishes the multi-scenario material supply process simulation model,and designs a variety of logistics distribution strategies or scheduling methods;the analysis is carried out to find the relationship between the relevant characteristic parameters of the mixed-flow assembly line system and components,the planning scheme and the material supply strategy,so as to provide an important reference for the design and optimization of the material supply strategy of the mixed-flow assembly line.
