摘　　要：高速公路智能管理控制系统是“智慧高速公路”的雏形,有利于改变当前的信息孤岛现象,打通各种数据源之间的关联,发现潜在事件链,为高速公路的安全运行与指挥管理提供决策支持。依托京港澳高速驻信段改扩建工程,从数据源、数据采集层、基础技术支撑层、应用系统层、系统部署层等多方面阐述了高速公路智能管控系统总体架构。从而为打造畅通、安全、有序、高效的“智慧高速公路”提供雏形及应用案例。The intelligent management and control system of expressway is the embryonic form of“intelligent expressway”,which is beneficial to change the current phenomenon of information islanding,break through the association between various data sources,discover potential event chains,and provide decision-making support for safe operation,command and management of expressway.Relying on the reconstruction and expansion project of G4(Beijing-Hongkong-Macao)expressway,Zhumadian-Xinyang section,expounds the overall architecture of the expressway intelligent management and control system from the aspects of data source,data acquisition layer,basic technology support layer,application system layer and system deployment layer.So as to provide the embryonic and application cases for building an unblocked,safe,ordered and efficient“intelligent expressway”.
