摘 要:以2012~2017年甘肃省各市州物流效率为研究对象,构建DEA评价模型,研究甘肃省各市州物流效率及影响因素,给出结论并结合“一带一路”国家倡议的布局规划提出改进对策。研究表明:甘肃省整体物流效率较低,兰州等5个地区物流DEA有效,陇南等9个地区物流DEA非有效,因纯技术效率非有效,导致全省各市州物流效率差异较大,最后在“一带一路”背景分别对各市州物流效率路径提升提出对策。Taking 2012~2017 years'logistics efficiency of various cities in Gansu province as the research object,DEA evaluation model is constructed to study the logistics efficiency and influencing factors of various cities and prefectures in Gansu province.The conclusion is given and the path of improvement is put forward according to the“one belt and one road”initiative.The research shows that the overall logistics efficiency of Gansu is relatively low,and the logistics DEA in five regions such as Lanzhou is effective.The logistics DEA in nine regions such as Longnan is not effective,because the pure technical efficiency is not effective,resulting in the difference of logistics efficiency between different cities and prefectures.Finally,combined with the background of“one belt and one road”,the paper puts forward countermeasures for improving the logistics efficiency path of every city and prefecture.
