医学专科生正常高值血压的危险因素分析及干预措施

摘　　要：目的探讨医学专科生正常高值血压的危险因素,并提出相应干预措施。方法采用问卷调查及体检的方式对泉州医学高等专科学校大一至大三的500名学生进行调查,并采用Logistic回归分析正常高值高血压的危险因素。结果(1)正常血压106名(21.20%),腰围84.36±9.24cm,腰臀比87.69±10.42,内脏脂肪面积123.62±61.48cm^2。(2)高值血压314名(62.80%),腰围85.21±8.69cm,腰臀比88.64±11.21,内脏脂肪面积198.69±71.54 cm^2。(3)高血压80名(16.00%),腰围86.54±10.36cm,腰臀比88.64±11.21,内脏脂肪面积198.69±71.54 cm^2。(4)危险因素与BMI≥24、VFI≥100cm、高血压家族史、吸烟饮酒等因素有关。结论医学专科生正常高值血压检出率较高;且与BMI、体育锻炼、吸烟、饮酒因素有关,应加强高血压相关知识宣教,降低正常高值血压发生率。Objective:To investigate the high normal blood pressure for medical college students in high risk factors and intervention.Methods:In total,500 college students in Quanzhou Medical College underwent physical examination and questionnaire.The high risk factors of normal blood pressure was analyzed by logistic regression analysis.Results:106 college students with normal blood pressure(21.20%),WC 84.36±9.24cm,WHR 87.69±10.42,VFA123.62±61.48cm^2.(2)314 college students with high-normal blood pressure(62.80%),WC 85.21±8.69cm,WHR 88.64±11.21,VFA 198.69±71.54 cm^2.(3)80 college students with high blood pressure(16.00%),WC 86.54±10.36,WHR 88.64±11.21,VFA 198.69±71.54 cm^2.(4)The risk factors were BMI≥24,VFI≥100cm,family history of hypertension,smoking,and drinking.Conclusions:The high normal blood pressure has higher detection rate in medical college students.The propaganda and instruction about standardization should be enhanced in order to reduce the high normal blood pressure.
