摘　　要：海澜财富中心工程,是江阴市区第一高楼,集甲级办公、会议、餐饮、休闲娱乐等功能为一体。工程总建筑面积约22.5万m2,地下3层,地上55层,建筑高度254.55 m。通过对超深基坑、超大体积混凝土、超高泵送混凝土、机电安装综合调试等技术的研究与综合应用,工程于2011年3月5日开工,2015年5月20日竣工,实现了功能性、文化性和经济性的和谐统一。Hailan Wealth Center Project is the tallest building in Jiangyin city.It integrates Grade A office,conference,catering,leisure and entertainment functions.The total construction area of the project is about 225,000 square meters.The building is 254.55 meters which contains 3 floors underground and 55 floors above ground.The project started on March 5,2011 and completed on May 20,2015,Through the research and comprehensive application of technologies such as super-deep foundation pit,super-large volume concrete,super-high pumping concrete and comprehensive debugging of mechanical and electrical installation,it achieved a harmonious unity of functionality,culture and economy.
