摘　　要：电力调度数据网是保障电网调度指挥及电网安全稳定运行的重要技术手段,为提高电力调度数据网业务的可靠性,南方电网提出采用了双平面承载的方法.文章基于南方电网建设电力调度数据网双平面的建设目标,从地市供电局现有调度数据网网络现状出发,对地市供电局调度数据网第二平面建设方案进行研究.主要从业务需求、网络结构规划、设备配置方案、网络配置方案四个方面对地市供电局调度数据网第二平面建设方案进行研究,为其他地区调度数据网的建设和改造提供参考.The power dispatching data network is an important technical means to ensure the power dispatching command and the safe and stable operation of the power grid.In order to improve the reliability of the power dispatching data network service,the Southern Power Grid proposes to adopt the double-plane method.Based on the dual-plane construction goal of the power dispatching data network in the southern power grid,this paper studies the second-plane construction scheme of the dispatching data network in the municipal power supply bureau from the current situation of the dispatching data network in the municipal power supply bureau.This paper mainly studies the second plane construction scheme of dispatching data network in city power supply bureau from four aspects of service demand,network structure planning,equipment configuration scheme and network configuration scheme,which provides reference for the construction and renovation of dispatching data network in other regions.
