摘  要:为研究碳酸盐对煤焦的催化特性,选取印尼褐煤(YN)、大同烟煤(DT)和卧龙湖无烟煤(WLH)三种不同煤阶的煤焦,负载催化剂(K2CO3,Na2CO3和CaCO3)进行气化实验。结果表明:原煤焦的气化活性由强到弱依次为YN煤焦、DT煤焦、WLH煤焦;负载10%(质量分数,下同)的催化剂后,煤焦的气化活性均有不同程度提高,负载K2CO3和Na2CO3后,气化初始温度降低了77℃~182℃,负载CaCO3后,气化初始温度仅降低7℃~40℃;对于YN煤焦,催化剂活性由强到弱依次为Na2CO3,K2CO3,CaCO3,对于DT煤焦和WLH煤焦,催化剂活性由强到弱依次为K2CO3,Na2CO3,CaCO3;K2CO3和Na2CO3的催化活性明显优于CaCO3;通过缩核模型(SCM)计算,样品的相关系数均在0.958以上,该模型可较好地描述煤焦的CO2气化反应过程,催化剂的负载降低了气化反应的活化能,提高了气化反应活性。In order to study the catalytic characteristics of carbonates to coal char,three kinds of coal chars of Indonesian lignite(YN),Datong bituminous coal(DT)and Wolonghu anthracite(WLH)were selected,and the supported catalysts(K 2CO 3,Na 2CO 3 and CaCO 3)were used in gasification experiment.The results show that the gasification activity order from strong to weak of raw coal char is YN char,DT char,WLH char;after 10%(mass fraction,the same below)catalyst was loaded,the gasification activity of coal char is improved to some extent.After loading K 2CO 3 and Na 2CO 3,the initial gasification temperature is reduced by 77℃-182℃,but the initial gasification temperature is only reduced by 7℃-40℃after loading CaCO 3.For YN char,the order from strong to weak of catalytic activity is observed as Na 2CO 3,K 2CO 3,CaCO 3;for DT bituminous coal and WLH anthracite,the order from strong to weak of catalytic activity is observed as K 2CO 3,Na 2CO 3,CaCO 3;the catalytic activity of K 2CO 3 and Na 2CO 3 is obviously better than that of CaCO 3;the calculation of the shrinking core model(SCM)shows that the correlation coefficient of the sample is above 0.958.The gasification process of coal char can be well described by this model.The catalyst loaded can reduce the apparent activation energy of the gasification reaction and increase the gasification reaction activity.
