摘 要:采用Ф25 mm小锥角水力旋流器对煤泥进行预先脱泥,通过顺序评价试验对旋流器脱泥前后煤泥进行可浮性评定。结果表明:煤泥脱泥前,当精煤灰分定为12%时,精煤产率为13.68%,可燃体回收率为17.94%,可浮性为极难选;经过Ф25 mm水力旋流器脱泥后,底流合格精煤产率为36.47%,可燃体回收率为42.44%,可浮性为难选。顺序评价试验结果表明,各产品灰分均减小,说明旋流器预先脱泥对后续浮选有效,煤泥可浮性得到有效改善。TheФ25 mm small cone angle hydrocyclone was used to preliminarily remove the slime,and the sequence evaluation test was carried out.The floatability of the slime before and after desliming using the cyclone was evaluated.The results show that before the demineralization of coal slime,when the ash content of clean coal is determined to be 12%,the yield of clean coal is 13.68%,the recovery rate of combustibles is 17.94%,and the floatability is extremely difficult to choose.After desliming withФ25 mm hydrocyclone,the yield of clean coal in the bottom stream is 36.47%,the recovery rate of combustibles in clean coal is 42.44%,and the floatability is difficult to choose.The ash content of each product decreases in sequence evaluation test,indicating the cyclone pre-desilming is effective for subsequent flotation.The floatability of slime is effectively improved.
