摘 要:光学相干层析成像技术(OCT)因其无损高速高分辨率特性被广泛应用于医学成像领域,但这项技术在生物特征采集上的应用还处于发展初期。利用频域OCT系统扫描手指样品得到三维原始数据,该数据包含了表皮指纹、真皮指纹和汗腺等信息,数据量大且不易分析。借助GPU的高速并行运算能力对三维原始数据的处理过程进行加速,实现了OCT系统的实时成像。为了进一步分析,结合光线投射算法对处理后的数据进行三维可视化,清晰地显示了手指皮下组织的形状特征和空间分布,通过比较活体指纹和伪造指纹皮下组织的成像差异,证明了OCT技术在指纹特征采集和指纹防伪领域的广阔应用前景。Optical coherence tomography(OCT)is widely used in medical imaging due to its non-destructive,high-speed and high-resolution characteristics.The application of OCT in biometric feature acquisition is still developing.In this paper,a frequency domain OCT system is used to obtain the three dimensional raw data of the fingertips,which is huge and needs to be processed.The 3D data includes the information of external fingerprint,internal fingerprint,and sweat gland,which are difficult to analyze.With the help of GPU’s high-speed parallel computing ability,the OCT data processing is accelerated and real-time imaging of OCT system is achieved.For further analysis,we propose to visualize the processed data to show the shape and spatial distribution of the finger subcutaneous tissue though the Ray-casting algorithm.By comparing the differences of subcutaneous tissue between living fingerprints and counterfeit fingerprints,it is showed that OCT technology has broad application foreground in the field of fingerprint feature collection and fingerprint anti-counterfeiting.
