摘  要:为建立高效的生物絮团养殖系统,设置藻菌共处型(实验组)和全菌型(对照组)生物絮团系统。实验组提供光照度为(9 056.67±89.63)lx,昼夜节律为12L∶12D,对照组无光照。养殖吉富罗非鱼(GIFT,Oreochromis niloticus)114 d,对比生物絮团系统的水质、鱼体生长和非特异免疫酶活性。结果发现:实验组叶绿素a(Chl a)显著高于对照组,总氨氮和NO-2-N浓度均在罗非鱼可以耐受的范围;NO-3-N前期低于对照组,后期高于对照组;磷酸盐低于对照组,总悬浮固体颗粒物(TSS)高于对照组。实验组罗非鱼的成活率、饵料系数、末均质量、终末密度、增重率、特定生长率和蛋白质效率与对照组均无显著性差异。结果表明,藻菌共处型生物絮团养殖系统有利于控制NO-3-N和PO 3-4-P,减少饲料成本,适合罗非鱼生长。The algal-bacterial biofloc system(experimental group)and whole-bacteria biofloc system(control group)were constructed to establish an efficient biofloc culture system.The treatment provided illumination with an intensity of(9 056.67±89.63)lx and a circadian rhythm of 12L∶12D.The control group had no light.The experiment cultured tilapia(GIFT,Oreochromis niloticus)for 114 d.The comparative analysis were taken among the water quality of the biofloc system,the growth of fish and the non-specific immunoenzyme activity.The results showed that the chlorophyll a in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group.The concentration of TAN and NO-2-N was in the range that could be tolerated by tilapia,and the NO-3-N in the experimental group were lower than that in the control group in the early stage and slightly higher than that in the control group in the later stage.The experimental group of orthophosphate in experimental group was lower than that in the control group.The total suspended solids in experimental group were higher than that in the control group.There was no significant difference in survival rate,feed coefficient,final mass,terminal density,weight gain,specific growth rate and protein efficiency of tilapia between the experimental group and the control group.The results demonstrated that the algal-bacterial biofloc technology was beneficial to control NO-3-N and PO 3-4-P,reducing feed cost.It is suitable for tilapia growth.
