摘 要:为探索袋鼠皮多肽如何修复受H2O2损伤的人肝细胞LO2,通过建立H2O2诱导LO2细胞氧化损伤模型,研究袋鼠皮多肽对氧化应激损伤的LO2细胞的修复作用.结果表明:袋鼠皮多肽在0~0.5μg/μL质量浓度范围内不仅对LO2细胞活性没有抑制作用而且显著提高了受损细胞的存活率,改善了细胞的形态;与此同时,显著降低了H2O2诱导的丙二醛和蛋白质羰基含量,减少了活性氧的累积.综上结果可见袋鼠皮多肽能减小细胞的氧化损伤,有望用于新的功能性食品和护肤产品.To assess the recovery effect of active kangaroo skin peptide(KSP),an oxidative damage model of human hepatocyte LO2 cells induced by H2O2 was established.It revealed that KSP with the mass concentration of 0 to 0.5μg/μL not only had no inhibition on viability of LO2 cells,but also significantly elevated cell viability and improved cell morphology by H2O2 damage.Besides,it significantly reduced the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)and protein carbonyl group induced by H2O2.Furthermore,we confirmed that KSP could reduce the accumulation of H2O2-induced reactive oxygen species(ROS).Taken together,our data show that KSP is able to reduce oxidative damage on cells and can be applied in novel functional food and skin care product.
