摘 要:光电整纬设备是用于矫正织物纬斜、纬弯的纺织仪器,光电检测头是整纬设备中的检测传感器,是整个控制系统中的核心部件,起到了采集织物弯斜信息的作用。针对目前光电检测头采集能力较弱、信号处理能力不足的问题,设计一种基于STM32F103RBT6单片机的整纬设备光电检测头,其中硬件部分采用了新颖的集成电路,软件部分的模数转换采用DMA传输方式,并提出一种“极值运算—位置判定”的控制算法。实验结果说明了该光电检测头在合理的布速与光源值采集到的信号是精确的,检测效果明显优于传统的光电检测头,并已在生产中得到应用,具有很高的性价比和推广价值。The photoelectric weft-straightener is a textile instrument for correcting the skew of the fabric,and the photoelectric detector is a detecting sensor in the wefting device,which is the core component of the whole control system,and plays the role of collecting skew information of the fabric.In the view of the fact that photoelectric detector lacks of signal collecting and processing capability,a photoelectric detector for photoelectric weft based on STM32F103RBT6 MCU is designed,the hardware part adopts a novel integrated circuit,the analog-to-digital conversion of the software part adopts DMA transmission mode,and a control algorithm of“extremum operation-position determination”is proposed.The experimental results show that adjust to the appropriate fabric speed and light value,the signal collected by the photoelectric detector is accurate,the detection effect is obviously superior to the traditional photoelectric detector,and it has been applied in production,with high cost performance and promotion value.
