摘 要:为了提高涡流探头对厚壁结构中深裂纹的检测能力,使用数值仿真方法研究了涡流探头的磁芯材料、尺寸、形状以及激励频率、检测线圈位置等参数对涡流渗透深度的影响,分析比较了其中典型参数的影响效果,并基于分析结果对探头性能进行了优化,提出了两类带磁芯的涡流探头。数值仿真结果及实验表明,本文所提出的带磁芯的涡流探头,可有效提高涡流的渗透深度。In order to improve the ability of eddy current probe for detection of deep cracks in thick-walled structures,the effects of core material,size,shape,excitation frequency and position of detection coil on eddy current penetration depth were studied by using numerical simulation method.The effects of some typical parameters were analyzed and compared.Based on the results,the performance of the probe is optimized.And two kinds of eddy current probes with magnetic cores were proposed.Simulation results and experiments showed that the eddy current probe with magnetic core proposed in this paper can effectively improve the penetration depth of eddy currents.
