摘　　要：从制度监管、契约管理和建设运营三个层面,深入分析PPP模式在公立医院应用过程中合作效率方面存在的问题,据此构建相应的评价指标体系,并进行实证分析,进而提出提高公立医院PPP模式合作效率的对策建议。This paper deeply analyzed the problems existing in the cooperation efficiency of PPP model in the application process of public hospitals from the levels of system supervision,contract management and construction & operation,built the corresponding evaluation index system,conducted empirical analysis,and then proposed suggestions to improve the cooperation efficiency of public hospital PPP model.
