摘　　要：目的探讨非妊娠期妇女需氧菌性阴道炎(AV)的患病率。方法选择2014年10月至2019年3月在山西医科大学第一医院、山西博爱医院、山西省临汾市人民医院和山西晋城煤业集团总医院妇科就诊的非妊娠患者共29 800例,主诉有阴道异常分泌物和检查分泌物异常者为研究对象共8 940例,对其分泌物进行镜下检测及功能学检测,同时调查不同年龄段妇女的患病率。结果非妊娠期妇女AV患病率为9.63%,40岁以上各组发病率高于40岁组以下,40岁以上各组之间患病率之间差异无统计学意义。单一需氧菌阴道炎占10.00%,需氧菌混合感染占22.10%。结论AV是一种常见的阴道感染,易发生混合感染,绝经过渡期及绝经后妇女更易患AV,临床医生需要对该病有所认识。Objective To investigate the prevalence of aerobic vaginitis(AV)in non-pregnant women.Methods Among 29 800 non-pregnant women admitted to the First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University,Shanxi Bo′ai Hospital,Linfen Municipal People′s Hospital and General Hospital of Shanxi Jincheng Anthracite Coal Mining Group between October 2014 and March 2019,a total of 8 940 patients complained of abnormal vaginal secretions with abnormal findings of secretion examination were included as the subjects in the study.The secretions were examined by microscopy and functional tests,and the prevalence of women of different ages was investigated.Results The prevalence of AV in non-pregnant women was 9.63%.The prevalence in the groups over 40 years old was higher than that in the groups under 40 years old.There was no difference in the prevalence among groups over 40 years old.Single AV accounted for 10.00%,and AV mixed infection accounted for 22.10%.Conclusion AV is a common vaginal infection,which may frequently lead to mixe dinfection.Women are more likely to develop AV during menopause and postmenopausal period,and clinicians should somehow realize the disease.
