摘  要:目的研究冻干地黄降糖的有效部位。方法冻干地黄75%的乙醇提取物分别用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取,得正丁醇、水部位,并将75%提取后的冻干地黄再以蒸馏水提取得水提物,各部位均进行四氧嘧啶致糖尿病小鼠实验,从而确定地黄降糖有效部位。结果与模型组相比,正丁醇部位对四氧嘧啶致糖尿病小鼠饮食量、饮水量、体质量方面有较好的改善作用,并且正丁醇部位治疗组能够显著降低糖尿病小鼠血糖水平。结论冻干地黄正丁醇提取部位有良好的降糖作用。Objective To determine the effective parts of freeze-dried Rehmannia for hypoglycemic purposes.Methods Seventy-five percent ethanol extracts were collected from freeze-dried Rehmannia by petroleum ether,ethyl acetate and n-butanol,and the n-butanol and soluble parts were taken,respectively.Distilled water was used to obtain aqueous extracts from the 75%ethanol extracts of freeze-dried Rehmannia.The effects of different parts of freeze-dried Rehmannia extracts in alloxan-induced diabetic mice were determined.The food intake,water intake,body weight,fasting blood glucose and glucose tolerance in the mice model were comprehensively evaluated,so as to determine the effective part of Rehmannia for hypoglycemic purposes.Results Compared with the model group,the n-butanol part significantly improved the food intake,water intake and body weight in alloxan-induced diabetic mice.Also,then-butanol part significantly reduced blood glucose levels in diabetic mice.Conclusion The freeze-dried Rehmannia n-butanol extraction part shows a good hypoglycemic effect.
